Each item on the menu is prepared in the most traditional fashion from the finest and freshest ingredients each day.  For Chef Joseph the day begins early as he begins to prepare the Bistro's specialty of slow cooked soups as well as the rich sauces and condiments that are the core of the menu.  The Bistro will be open from morning until night starting with organic coffee and ending the spectacular cheesecake after a fine dinner.
