Historic Niagara has assembled a team dedicated to the revitalization of the Old Downtown core of Niagara Falls, Ontario. The team has been drawn from local talent as well as experts in specific areas that make the team complete. The team consists of retail strategists, urban planners, property managers and financial experts dedicated to revitalizing the Old Downtown area.

The revitalization process involves both the fixing up of the buildings on the street and the attraction of prosperous businesses to the area. The refurbishing of the buildings is being done according to an overall plan to coordinate the look of the street, and to set standards that make the results appealing to locals and visitors. Attracting the right kind of businesses means that they must be complementary and that the owners must be partially dedicated to investing in the growth of the street as a whole by participating in the many festivals and parades that are planned to bring people to see the new street.
